• Attains sales goals and Shareholder Value Added (SVA) objectives for established area through management of strategic sales plan and effective utilization of company assets and staff.
• Hires, trains, coaches and advises area staff to uphold operational policies and processes and assures compliance.
• Manages company assets with primary responsibility for receivables and operating budgets.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers, vendors and branch personnel.
• Identifies new markets or areas of opportunity to meet growth objectives of the area.
• Maintains knowledge and awareness of the competition and market intelligence, which impacts business and pricing.
• Attends local and regional trade shows to network with existing and potential customers in the marketplace.
• Performs administrative duties related to performance management, salary pay plan, succession planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.
• Other Duties, which may include driving company vehicle.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in a business/management discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. One to three years managerial experience which includes leadership, issue management, motivation and/or team buidling.
3. Four to seven years retail industry experience.
4. Extensive knowledge of industry practices and products.
5. Possess outstanding skill in managing product inventory.
6. General understanding of accounting fundamentals.
7. Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
