We are seeking an experienced Agronomics Department Manager to join our team in Ooltewah, TN.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Staff recruitment, direction and training of the Nursery department staff.
*Managing the sales process for the Nursery department to include counter sales, delivery scheduling and customer acquisition and retention efforts.
*Managing the procurement of nursery supplies product for that branch.
*Inventory management of all branch nursery supplies.
*Coordinates with other branches to fulfill delivery and product transfer requirements.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent
2.Two or more years work experience in horticultural and wholesale distribution of nursery products
3.Computer experience required
4.Possess prior experience in personnel and sales management
5.Must have a positive attitude
