We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Department Manager to join our team in Buford, GA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Staff recruitment, direction and training of the Irrigation department staff.
*Managing the sales process for the Irrigation department to include counter sales, delivery scheduling and customer acquisition and retention efforts.
*Managing the procurement of Irrigation supplies product for that branch.
*Inventory management of all branch Irrigation supplies.
*Coordinates with other branches to fulfill delivery and product transfer requirements.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent
2.Two or more years work experience in horticultural and wholesale distribution of irrigation products
3.Computer experience required
4.Possess prior experience in personnel and sales management
5.Must have a positive attitude
