Come grow with us! Join our team as a Driver at our Stamford, CTlocation. This position delivers company products to customers in a safe, efficient and courteous manner. This is a Full Time Annual Layoff Position. Irrigation or Agronomic Experience preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loads and unloads product for customer ensuring product is not damaged.
- Assists customer upon delivery with any product quality issues.
- Processes delivery ticket including obtaining customer’s receipt signature.
- Operates vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations.
- Inspects and maintains vehicle and vehicle records in accordance with company standards.
- Assist customers with product and sales
- Assist in the cleanliness of the branch and general yard duties when not driving.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Driving experience.
- Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds or more.
