This position will be in partnership with the Store Manager, achieve world-class store performance while contributing to and supporting the overall Store strategy, performance and growth. Champion select best practices within the store and participate in store/area-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

*Ensuring that all equipment and vehicles are ready and working as needed.

*Communicating and coordinating major repairs and maintenance with Managers.

*Ensuring that an adequate supply of products and materials are available to handle normal operating maintenance and repair needs.

*Completing and providing all needed paperwork to vendors and corporate office when ordering and receiving parts and supplies.

*Proper and accurate completion of all daily paperwork.

*Providing training to employees on equipment maintenance and vehicle operations.

*Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment in the Shop and Yard.

*Communicating to Operations Manager about ongoing service and material needs.
